Health Coaching

First off, you might be wondering: what even is health coaching?!

Health Coaching is a collaborative process that helps clients improve their health by making lifestyle changes. Basically, a health coach is a trained professional in helping individuals overcome health related roadblocks by being their guide from the side as the client improves their health.

Health Coaches are there to help you reach your health, wellness, (and even fitness  goals in some cases) using their accreditations, knowledge, and outside perspective.

  • Stopping the overwhelm and feeling calm and confident around health decisions.
  • Gaining insights into personal habits, triggers, and patterns, leading to more intentional actions.
  • Feeling inspired and energetic to pursue your health goals.

Being in the health industry has taught me something – every person is truly unique. When we work together, you’re getting individualized coaching to help you with your health goals. The process looks like….

  • First, we have a free 20-minute 1:1 meeting to see where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and if we’d be a good fit.
  • Next, we have a 50-minute meeting to find your North Star – aka where you are going in the next 3, 6, or 9 months.
  • We meet up every other week for 50-minutes to go over the past 2 weeks, what worked, what didn’t, and decide other actions to be taken or removed to get to the North Star.
  • We meet every 3 months to re-focus and keep working towards your North Star. Is it still the North Star? If not, we can change direction.
