If you’ve ever looked online for health advice only to see a video telling you gluten is going to kill you, and the next video is a healthy pasta recipe and now you’re left even more confused – then you’re in the right place. I help you to ignore the fearmongers and drop into your own intuition to find foods, exercise, and lifestyle habits that work for you.
I’m a firm believer that one person’s medicine is another’s poison and we are all responsible for taking care of our own health to the best of our abilities. I use a non-dieting approach to nutrition, as well as a holistic approach to my coaching. I find this is what works best in finding health habits that work.
Maybe you know a little bit about what works for you, and what doesn’t. Or maybe you know too much about nutrition (believe me, I’ve been there!).
